So elf is known as a much cheaper make up brand but it’s decent quality make up. You don’t even have to know what you’re doing to be able to apply their make up and it works just as well as Jeffree star Charlotte Tilbury because pretty much they’re all manufactured the same way they all use the same ingredients, a few tutorials and I have learned how to fill my eyebrows and this pencil actually is very easy. I’m 41 and I have not worn make up on my eyebrows ever but now that my hair is missing and I’ve done the 90s over pluck thin eyebrow look for so many years , I need some more hair and this pencil worked out great I’ve done it on the go in my Uber going to the store or to a doctors appointment. I have put eyebrows on with this pencil and just this pencil and they’ve looked great. I am very happy Once again elf has done it again . And the only reason that I ordered from Amazon and not the elf website because the shipping was faster and free
I have purchased many eyebrow pencils over the years and keep going back to this one.My brows are pretty thick and just need a bit of color to darken them just a bit so they don't look washed out. This does a great job of making them look natural.I am sure that if you really applied a lot of the product, you could achieve a much more dramatic and less natural look but that isn't what I am going for.The formula is not too soft and not too hard so it goes on smooth and then brushes in nicely with the spooly end of the brush.
Just as shown in the picture. I used this pencil for a while because it did its job, although application was kindve hard because the pencil part was thick and it was hard to make natural looking strokes. I ended up changing over to Elf’s ultra thin pencil and that gave me a more natural look!!
